一、設備用途及特點application and features

DKGCF系列是一種數字量控制調節型的蓄電池化成充、放電工藝用設備。所有控制參數均為數字量，無溫度漂移變化。將電源、同步、數字PID、數字觸發、脈沖變壓器、現場工業總線通信模塊集裝成一體。該充電機采用數字集成電路控制，控制觸發板集成度高、功能強、可靠性高。此設備的重要部件變壓器采用高強度漆包線，耐高溫達到H級絕緣等級，功率部件采用鋁型材和大功率餅式可控硅元件。產品性能高，運行穩定可靠。

The DKGCF series is a digital controlled and adjustable charging and discharging equipment for battery formation,. All control parameters are digital and have no temperature drift changes. It integrates power supply, synchronization, digital PID, digital trigger, pulse transformer, and field industrial bus communication modules into one. The charger adopts digital integrated circuit control, with high integration, strong functionality, and high reliability of the control trigger board. The important component of this equipment, the transformer, is made of high-strength enameled wire, which can withstand high temperatures and reach the H-level insulation level. The power components are made of aluminum profiles and high-power pancake thyristor components. The product has high performance and stable and reliable operation.

 

二、設備構成composition

數控調節板、觸摸屏、可控硅整流橋、變壓器、電抗器、接觸器、熔斷器、散熱風機等部件組成。It is composed of digital control board, touch screen, thyristor rectifier bridge, transformer, reactor, contactor, fuse, heat dissipation fan and other components.

 

三、功能參數parameters

1.控制方式：單機智能控制+上位機聯網；Control method: single machine intelligent control+upper computer networking;

2.控制功能：穩壓、穩流；Control function: voltage stabilization and current stabilization;

3.充、放電電流調節范圍Imax×1%～Imax×100%，輸出電流在標稱電流10%～100%范圍內，電流精度≤0.5% F.S；Charging and discharging current adjustment range Imax × 1% to Imax × 100%, output current within the range of 10% to 100% of nominal current, current accuracy ≤ 0.5% F.S;

4.設備充電輸出電壓調節范圍（10%～100%）Vmax，在設備標稱電壓（10%～100%）調節范圍內電壓精度≤0.5%F.S；The adjustment range of device charging output voltage (10%~100%) Vmax, with a voltage accuracy of ≤ 0.5% F.S within the adjustment range of device nominal voltage (10%~100%);

5.采用觸摸屏人機交互方式，顯示直觀，操作簡潔，同時支持中文、英文界面，滿足國內外市場需要；Adopting a touch screen HMI method, the display is intuitive and the operation is simple, while supporting Chinese and English interfaces to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets;

6.微處理器對充電過程實現智能監控，數字量調節，輸出穩定、可靠；The microprocessor realizes intelligent monitoring of the charging process, digital adjustment, and stable and reliable output

7.可通過觸摸屏編輯三十個步驟的充電工藝，并可對運行中的工藝參數進行實時在線編輯修改；Thirty step charging process can be edited through the touch screen, and real-time online editing and modification of process parameters during operation can be carried out;

8.智能診斷充電故障，并顯示相應的報警信息；Intelligent diagnosis of charging faults and display of corresponding alarm information;

9.具有交流電源相序自適應功能，交流電源掉電自恢復功能；It has the adaptive function of AC power phase sequence and the self recovery function of AC power failure;

10.具有過壓、過流、過溫、短路保護、脈波缺失、波形不平衡、電源缺相保護功能，避免設備帶故障運行造成設備嚴重損壞。It has functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, over temperature, short circuit protection, pulse loss, waveform imbalance, and power supply phase loss protection, to avoid serious equipment damage caused by faulty operation of the equipment.
